Orders are shipped with USPS priority mail with tracking. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery and 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Any products damaged during shipping will be reshipped immediately.

PURE ASA Company is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.

Free Shipping: PURE ASA offers free ground shipping for orders to the domestic U.S. that total $49 or more before taxes, and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For orders less than $49 there is a $8.45 delivery charge for ground shipping. Delivery is estimated between 5-8 days.

Due to the personal nature of beauty and wellness products, we cannot offer returns. Your complete satisfaction with our products is of utmost concern. If you have an issue, or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to make it right.

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information and an image of the damage for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
